it was red and yellow and green and brown and blue.

so we went to a play.  it was joseph and the technicolor dream coat.  i practically grew up on that, fiddler on the roof and saturday's warriors.   in grace alyssa, haylee and i would put that on as a play.  did you ever 'call' who you would be in movies?  because we definitely did. and how can we forget the sound of music.  we used to put that one on as a play too!  surprised?  we, as in my siblings and myself because there was enough of us to fit the parts.. we may have borrowed one neighbor kid.  but that was it.  alyssa would direct the whole thing.  bless her heart.  i remember her sitting in front of the tv with the vhs so she could fast forward/rewind and write out our scripts.  

we had so much fun.  i love musicals.  i mean, my obsession for phantom and les mis will always and forever be my very most favorite... (and side note:  remember when i went to those two plays in london?! um, amazing.)  just ask anyone who knows me.  but they all hold a little soft spot in my heart.. thanks to my dad who started that off young.  the father also got us tickets to go see fiddler in august. can't even contain the excitement.
